This hotel boasts a stunning location with incredible views across Ushuaia, making it a truly impressive place to relax. The rooms are spacious and modern, showcasing remarkable attention to detail. However, the service was somewhat inconsistent, with some shortcomings in communication that prevented our stay from being flawless. We had an enjoyable dining experience, but a few hiccups along the way kept it from being exceptional.
The hotel boasts stunning views of the Andes and a spacious, high-tech lobby that impresses from the moment you arrive. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay in Ushuaia, but it may not completely meet the expectations associated with a five-star experience.

This hotel offers stunning views of the Beagle Channel, with excellent service at the reception and in the restaurant. However, the lack of air conditioning control and the unpleasant room view detracted from our overall experience. The breakfast is satisfactory, but missing basic tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing.
